This kaleidoscope is different from many because instead of an opaque tube it is completely see-through. Since it is see-through, the image that comes through is slightly like a marble. It creates a swirly tunnel like image. The image is created by two wheels that turn. You can turn them together or separately. The wheels are not removable. The stand is already fastened on to the kaleidoscope, so you can take it anywhere and not have to worry about keeping track of another piece of the artwork. The kaleidoscope is made of an acrylic tube which consists of the eye piece. The stand is brass and the outside of the wheel is also brass. The 2 wheels are made of different beads and glass. The artist is from Israel and has many pieces of art.
